From the contact form: your name, email, company (if you give it), what you're interested in and your message.

When you book a call through the calendar (Cal.com): your name, email, phone number and anything you add to the booking.

The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our host keeps short technical logs (such as IP addresses) to keep the site secure and to filter out spam.

To reply to your enquiry, arrange and hold the call, and, if we work together, to prepare a quote and do the work.

We don't add you to mailing lists, and we never sell or share your details for anyone else's marketing.

Documents and data you share during a project are covered by the agreement for that project.

Cloudflare (hosting, security, spam checks and cookie-free visit counts), Resend (delivers form messages to our inbox), Porkbun (our email) and Cal.com (call bookings).

When we work together, the documents you share are processed through the business API of our AI provider, Anthropic (Claude), under commercial terms that don't allow them to be used for training. Your project agreement sets out the details.

Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. We use providers that protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

Enquiries and bookings that don't lead to work: deleted within 12 months of our last contact.

Project documents and data you share with us (drawings, rate sheets, job files): deleted within 90 days of the project ending, or sooner if you ask, unless your project agreement says otherwise.

Records of our work together (agreements, quotes, invoices): kept for 5 years after the work ends, as Singapore's tax rules require.

Technical logs (such as IP addresses): kept briefly by our host for security, under its own policy.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time: write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
